Hi – I’m Helen

Photographer and mum of two beautiful little boys!

I have been a photographer for nearly 10 years now and absolutely love my job! I’m based in a tiny village called Fletchertown in the Lake District with Keswick, Cockermouth and Wigton all close by.

My style of photography is natural and mainly reportage which is why I love to photograph bumps and babies in your own surroundings where you and baby feel comfortable and cosy. My newborn photography doesn’t just focus on pictures of baby sleeping in fab hats (although believe me I have some very cute props!) I also like to capture the emotions of you together as a family unit with lots of interactions between baby and parents/siblings. I feel that this captures those magic bonding moments you have when you get home from hospital and you have time just to enjoy your bundle!

I do portraits of older babies, toddlers, families and big kids too – some of the best places to go for these are out into the beautiful scenery of the Lake District to show your little ones having the most fun they can!

In my spare time I love nothing more than sampling afternoon teas, going into the Lakes for adventures with my boys and running (when the mood takes me!)
