Jasmine – maternity portraits

Studio maternity portraits can be so much fun, my studio is based in Fletchertown in Cumbria, ideal for local families and even people travelling afar or on holiday in the Lake District.

Jasmine and her family live nearby and it was a pleasure to have them in the studio for some maternity photographs.

Jasmine looked amazing in my maternity gowns and she also brought along some dresses too.

Proud big sister to be was involved in photos too and it was lovely to get all the family in some photos before 3 becomes 4!

My studio has access to some lovely outdoor spaces with trees and long grasses so its always lovely to get photos outside (if the weather is ok!)

Maternity photographs are best done around 36 weeks. If you are expecting a new arrival soon give me a shout for a photo session.

Carlisle maternity portraits – Kate

Maternity portraits are great fun to do – all the excitement and anticipation of the new arrival! I love photographing maternity portraits outdoors where possible. I met Kate and her husband at Cannon Hall park in Barnsley

She is 36 weeks and so excited about meeting her new arrival. We took some photos with the scan picture and a little teddy and baby booties – is there anything cuter than tiny baby shoes!!

I photograph in a natural way capturing the emotions shared between you and the Autumnal sunshine too!

Helen is a Lake District based baby, maternity and family photographer. She photographs babies in Carlisle, Wigton, Keswick and Cockermouth. She also sometimes head down to Sheffield to photograph babies too!
